March 2, 2020 (Burbank, CA) Toby Tennant has
been named to the newly created position of Vice President, EMEA
Regional Distribution, Warner Bros. Pictures, announced today by Andrew
Cripps, President, International Theatrical Distribution, WBP, to whom
he will report. He will be based in the London office to maximize
communication and operational effectiveness with regional partners, both
internal and external, and will work across both WB affiliate and
Licensee territories.
A respected European theatrical distribution executive, Tennant previously held the position of Vice President, Sales and Distribution EMEA for Walt Disney Company (formerly Twentieth Century Fox International) where he oversaw 42 territories across EMEA.
Tennant will join Warner Bros. March 9, 2020 with a responsibility to optimize theatrical releases, drive theatrical sales strategy and grow opportunities for the upcoming Warner Bros. slate, which includes “Wonder Woman 1984,” Christopher Nolan’s “Tenet” and Roald Dahl’s “The Witches.”

Tennant joined the Twentieth Century Fox theatrical team in 2000 as a Sales Analyst and worked his way up the roles including Senior Marketing Manager, EMEA Licensee Markets and Director, EMEA Licensees. Tennant holds a BA in Ancient History from the University of Newcastle.
