Chart-topping country duo Dan + Shay have unveiled the new single and video for “When I Pray For You,” from “THE SHACK: MUSIC FROM AND INSPIRED BY THE ORIGINAL MOTION PICTURE.” The video is streaming here, and the song is available for streaming and purchase at all DSPs.
“‘When I Pray for You’ is one of the most special songs we’ve ever written,” said Dan Smyers of Dan + Shay. “We sat down with our friends Jon Nite and Justin Ebach and got to talking about Shay’s son-to-be. With some good stories (and even a few manly tears), the song wrote itself. It was an emotional day, one of those days that make us remember how blessed we are to be a part of the Nashville songwriting community.”

“When I Pray For You” impacts country radio outlets later this month. Dan + Shay recently reached #1 on both the Mediabase and Billboard Country charts with their song “From the Ground Up.”
“THE SHACK: MUSIC FROM AND INSPIRED BY THE ORIGINAL MOTION PICTURE” also features previously unreleased music from some of the biggest names in pop, country and Christian music including Kelly Clarkson & Aloe Blacc, Lady Antebellum, Dierks Bentley, for KING & COUNTRY, Brett Eldredge, and NEEDTOBREATHE (Feat.
